Scope of work: Mechanical engineering, Prototyping
Advandes engineered the product for mechanical detailing and CAD documentation. We also prototyped the plastic parts to see the manufacturability and functional issues.
The front end UX for the display unit was optimized with UX design team. Several wireframes are created before testing the software and finalized after testing.
The equipment has been successfully launched
Engineering Detailing:
Concept surfaces are modified with editable Catia / Solid works CAD and generated thickness, ribs etc for manufacturing process.
These details are given based on the material selected for the part, process of manufacturing and finish required.
After product engineering we prototyped the design for testing.
DFMA report is made and changes according to review were made before tooling release.
UI/UX and HMI development
Advandes has supported in Control panel components design as well as UI/UX design.
Specially machined Keys for smooth touch and a joystick for easy movement of bed are the features we boast for ease of use. The Control panel had an on-board HMI. The UI/UX of this HMI was designed by Advandes.
