Concrete Pump
Advandes worked with a leading concrete pump manufacturer in India to design and develop a series of pumps comprising of two versions-CPS 50 and CP 70. The aim was to keep the part count, components and tools common for all the versions to minimize inventory costs. Along with Industrial Design and Engineering, Advandes also worked on revamping the previous brand identity and graphics.
The structure and layout of the concrete pump is intelligently planned to commonize the parts and tools. This design innovation led the foundation of the project. The two versions are designed such that the manufacturer only needs to add or subtract compartments according to the needed concrete capacity. Advandes further worked on internal layouts and panel fitment solutions and ultimately built a prototype.
Advandes also does the mass production of the panels which includes the process of developing FRP panels from FRP molds, strengthen the panels with metal frame inlay followed by high quality finishing and painting activity of panel. The modularity in versions of the product, fit, finish and quality of the panels have uplifted the value and demand for the product in the market.
