Quantum Motors, is a EV scooter brand which serves in the Indian market as one of the emerging EV manufacturer. Plasma is the brand's premium segment scooter dedicated towards the customers with everyday commute. With the brand Quantum, Advandes developed the Plasma model by providing services like Plastic engineering, Class A surfacing and prototyping services.
Plastic Engineering is a crucial part in the engineering development of vehicle which ensures the quality and durability of the plastic panels. Exterior panels in the two wheeler segment and interior components in the three and four wheeler segments are the major areas where we see the plastic engineering being used.
In Quantum Plasma the plastic body panels were engineered by our team to develop it according to he desired requirements.
Scanning and Reverse Engineering
The scanning of the body of the exisitng vehicle was done to help our team get the exact and precise surface knowledge of the body panels.
It included several scans like EXTERIOR SCAN, SERS SUBSTRATE SCAN, HELMET SCAN and BATTERY COVER SCAN
Prototyping is the final and a very crucial stage in the development of a vehicle as it provides with the exact physical representation of the vehicle and boosts the vehicle towards the goal its heading.
A 1:1 prototype was built by our team at our facility.
